Created in August 2009, '''Madrak's Testing Army''' was a group created by the former Roblox administrator [https://www.roblox.com/users/2848013/profile madrak] so that players could directly report bugs to the administrators. People who reported bugs would receive the [https://www.roblox.com/catalog/14994433/MTA-Spec-Ops MTA Spec Ops hat] if the bug was deemed severe enough. If you reported enough critical bugs, you would be promoted up to General and receive your own official group dedicated to bug reporting.

On August 24th, 2009, players who had joined the group would receive the [https://www.roblox.com/catalog/14761468 MTA Baseball Cap] as a reward. The exact number of owners is unknown, but it's estimated to be around 900 people. After this date, the group became dormant, although you can still join it.

== Subgroups ==
The MTA had three subsidiary groups for the Generals and one for the Lieutenants. The only one that would see any sort of activity would be Mfsoccer94's group, as it was promoted under the army's group description and also due to his respected status. By October 2019, the group had almost 700 members.
